Civil action taken almost three years on from Creeslough explosion

Civil action is being taken by a number of people who were affected by the Creeslough explosion.

This coming October will mark three years since ten people lost their lives and a number of people were injured in the blast.

Solicitor Damien Tansey confirmed to Highland Radio that he has filed lawsuits on behalf of some of the bereaved families, as well as apartment owners.

Mr Tansey says the claims are being made against multiple entities.
