Uisce Éireann says they are working to restore water supply to homes and businesses in Gortahork, Falcarragh and surrounding areas following an interruption to the water supply at Ardsbeg Water Treatment Plant.
Water services crews were deployed immediately and the plant is now back in production; however, Uisce Eireann says it will take several hours for the network to refill.
Customers in these areas will experience reduced water pressure and/or outages today.
