Yesterday saw Round 4 of the Northern Ireland Forest Rally take place in Derry.
Strabane’s Niall Devine won the Dog Leap Rally in a VW Polo GTi R5 and alongside him, on the notes, was Letterkenny native Liam McIntyre.
The North-West duo came out on top 12.2 seconds ahead of Omagh’s Gareth Mimnagh in 2nd in his Ford Fiesta Rally 2.
Fellow Omagh driver Alan Smyth finished 3rd, also in a Fiesta.
Donegal’s Aaron McLaughlin was 10th overall while Kyle McBride ended the rally in 19th spot.
