The PEACE-Air Initiative led by Letterkenny based Ernact is due to be launched at ATU Letterkenny today.
The initiative is in receipt of PEACEPLUS funding worth €6.5m.
PEACE-Air is being carried out on a cross-border basis and is focused on improving air quality across the island of Ireland.
Multiple stake holders across the country are involved including Donegal County Council.
