Lower Main Street in Letterkenny has reopened following a serious collision yesterday involving a car and a pedestrian in his 80s.
The man was rushed to hospital, where he remains with very serious injuries.
Gardai are seeking dash cam footage or witnesses to the collision, which happened at around 1pm
