Derry City have made another new addition to their squad before Sunday’s transfer window deadline with the signing of defender Barry Cotter.
The 27 year old right back joins from Barnsley, although he spent the earlier part of this season on loan at Notts County in League Two.
The former Limerick player also had spells with Shamrock Rovers and St Pat’s before joining Barnsley in January 2023 where he made 66 appearances.
Cotter will be available for City’s hosting of Waterford on Friday night.
