The issue of deterioration on the Windyhall Road was raised at a recent meeting of Letterkenny Milford Municipal District.
Cllr Gerry McMonagle says that the narrow and windy road has pot holes which drivers are swerving around making it particularly dangerous.
The council say that maintenance work will begin during April, but Cllr McMonagle says this should happen much sooner:
