Frustration has been raised due to the lack of progress in relation to development of Magheraroarty.
Councillor Micheál Choilm Mac Giolla Easbuig says he first raised the development over six years ago and the project has not progressed.
He is calling for development of the pier, safer beach access, public toilets and better parking facilities.
