Heydon to meet with farmers and hauliers as fuel protests continue

The Agriculture Minister will meet national farming and haulier groups this morning, as part of ongoing engagements around the price of fuel.

It comes after blockades at depots in Cork, Galway and Limerick yesterday led to fuel stocks running out at some petrol stations.

Protestors say they’re also set to join the meeting with Government Ministers, according to the Irish Times.

Martin Heydon says protestors should be going through representative bodies to get their concerns heard………….
