Almost €300 million has now been spent under the Defective Concrete Block Redress Scheme.
New figures from the Department of Housing show €299.8 million has been drawn down to date.
Of the 3,363 applications received by the end of March, 2,570 are from Donegal households.
In the county, 917 homeowners have started work, while 314 have completed their rebuilds.
