Road victims group calls for change to coroner inquest process

The Irish Road Victims Association is calling for reforms to the Coroner’s Inquest System.

There’s criticism of how restricted the inquests can be, and the lack of discussion about the circumstances of how someone died in a road crash.

Concerns are also being raised as to how little time families have to prepare for hearings.
