A Letterkenny-Milford councillor has called for a designated long-stay parking solution for patients and others who need to leave their vehicles while travelling by public transport to medical appointments.
Cllr Tomas Sean Devine says motorists are being clamped or issued with tickets when leaving cars parked for extended periods.
He says one potential option would be to examine whether the car park beside the bus station could be leased:
