Further delays to the reopening of the Alley Theatre have been described as disappointing by Strabane councillor Raymond Barr.
He says the latest setback will frustrate groups and organisers who had hoped to stage events at the venue this year.
Cllr Barr says while accidental damage and repairs can happen, questions remain over the length of time the theatre is expected to stay closed and whether venues in Derry would face similar delays:
