An earlier security alert in the Creggan Burn Country Park area of Derry has now ended.
Police received a report at approximately 8.50am this morning of a suspicious object in the area.
They attended the scene, along with Ammunition Technical Officers, who examined the object, which has since been deemed a hoax device.
Temporary cordons in the area have now been lifted.
