PSNI attended the scene of a three-vehicle road traffic collision in the Mountfield area of Omagh at around 12:35 this afternoon.
Officers, along with colleagues from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service, responded to the incident, with three people taken to hospital for treatment to their injuries.
Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have CCTV or dashcam footage, to come forward.
The road has since reopened to traffic.
