The Tánaiste will outline Ireland’s priorities for its Presidency of the Council of the European Union during a visit to Brussels today.
Simon Harris will address the European Parliament’s Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee, where he’ll set out Ireland’s plans to boost competitiveness, strengthen security and promote shared European values.
He’ll also meet senior MEPs to discuss progress on key EU economic and financial legislation.
