The Junior Transport Minister says third party driving test sites are trying to make money off people.
It’s as unauthorised apps are claiming they will provide quicker cancellation appointments for learner drivers than the Road Safety Authority, if they pay a subscription fee.
However, the RSA is then cancelling the tests as they were not booked through the official website.
