A free event in Letterkenny is aiming to connect adults who may be struggling with their mental health with the supports available across Donegal.
The HSE’s Recovery in Action event is being organised by Donegal Mental Health Service and Connecting for Life Donegal.
It will provide an opportunity for people to speak openly about mental health and recovery, meet mental health professionals and community organisations, and hear real-life experiences.
It will take place tomorrow at 5.30pm in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Letterkenny.
