Donegal manager Jim McGuinness has revealed how his experience with Celtic has helped him to become a better coach.
McGuinness now splits his time between Donegal and the newly-crowned SPL champions after joining the backroom team with Celtic after last year’s All Ireland final victory over Mayo.
McGuinness says that being able to observe professional coaches in action has given him new material to use with the Donegal panel:
