Letterkenny apartment for 12k amongst the lots for Ireland’s biggest property auction

A long leasehold of a two bed ground floor apartment in Letterkenny for 12,000 euro is amongst the lots included on what is being described as Ireland’s biggest ever auction of 150 properties.
Allsop Space, which claims it won’t sell repossessed family homes, will host the auction in the RDS next month with a total of 5 Donegal properties included.
150 lots, composed primarily of commercial and investment properties, have a combined reserve of €20m, by far the largest ever recorded in Ireland.
The total value will be determined at the auction itself.
The properties for sale in Co. Donegal include a long leasehold retail warehouse investment in Letterkenny with a reserve of €75,000.
A long leasehold two bedroom second floor apartment with sea views in Bundoran with a reserve of €25,000. A freehold four bedroom detached house in Killybegs with a reserve of €35,000
A long leasehold ground floor two bedroom apartment in in Letterkenny with a reserve of €12,000 and a freehold plot of land extending to approximately three acres also in Letterkenny with a reserve of €10,000.
 
A spokesperson for Allsop said the scale of the event is important because these sales reflect a new willingness to buy properties that will help create jobs and add real value to the economy.
