Heffernan to be given 2010 European medal

Irish world champion Rob Heffernan says that he is set to be handed another major championship medal.
Heffernan has revealed that he has been contacted about being promoted up to 3rd place in the 20km walk at the 2010 European Championships.
The IAAF confirmed that the Russian race walker who won the gold in Barcelona has now been handed a retrospective ban because of irregularities in his biological passport.
