It has been a fantastic weekend for Irish and Donegal Althletics with Mark English securing a bronze medal in the 800m at the European Championships in Zurich.
The Letterkenny man is the seventh althlete in Irish history to medal at the Europeans.
Milford’s Brendan Boyce also recorded a Personal Best in the 50k walk, shaving a whole three minutes off his previous PB.
