Road closed between Killygordon and Castlefinn following serious crash

The N15 Ballybofey/ Lifford Rd is closed at Liscooley between Castlefinn and Killygordon, following a crash this morning. Diversions are in place for a forensics examination.
Gardai say at 9.25 last night, there was a two car collision. A 24 year old man, the sole occupant of one of the cars was brought to hospital with serious injuries. The 22 and 23 year old driver and passenger in the other car were brought to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.
An investigation is underway in Sligo after a woman died after being hit by a car in Sligo last night.
The 86 year old woman was crossing the Bundoran Road outside Sligo town at twenty to seven when she was struck.
She was pronounced dead a short time later at Sligo Regional Hospital.
The road was closed overnight.
