Donegal South West Deputy Thomas Pringle says he believes an Independent led government is a distinct possibility, and would be a good thing for the country.
On his prospects of retaining a Dail seat after the next General Election, when Donegal loses a Dail seat and becomes a single five seat constituency, Deputy Pringle says he will be working hard to ensure re-election.
He says he already makes representations for people in the northern part of the county, and he will be working hard in the coming months to maximise his support.
Yesterday, former Labour Leader and Communications Minister Pat Rabbitte said Independents can’t even agree on speaking time, not to mention hold a government together.
Thomas Pringle says that’s not a valid argument……….
