Lucinda Creighton is Co Donegal today to meet with potential candidates, including currently elected representatives.
The former Fine Gael Minister announced on Friday that she is setting up a new political party.
It will be launched in the next eight weeks – but it has yet to be named.
She will be coming to Donegal Town and Letterkenny today where she will be meeting potential candidates.
Speaking to Highland Radio News, Lucinda Creighton would not give away who if she was meeting with anyone in particular in the county:
