PJ Lavery, Shay McGuigan and Sean Cavanagh scored the goals for Tyrone as Mickey Harte’s side thrashed arch-rivals Armagh by 3-10 to 1-08 in front of 7 thousand plus at the Athletic Grounds.
Conor Mc Aliskey put in a man of the match performance for Tyrone scoring three points and creating two.
Tyrone who remain on course for a 4th McKenna Cup in a row will play their 7th final in 11 years on Saturday evening at the Athletic grounds.
In the other semi final Cavan held-out for a narrow one-point win over Fermanagh at Kingspan Breffni Park.
