Donegal South West Deputy Thomas Pringle says he doesn’t expect bad weather to affect support for the Right to Water protest taking place in Letterkenny on Saturday.
The Independent TD says previous marches and rallies in Donegal have attracted huge support, and he doesn’t expect this one to be any different.
Monday next is the closing date for regisration with Irish Water, with Deputy Pringle saying continued protests, backed by a massive boycott is the way to defeat charges and secure the abolition of Irish Water.
Thousands of meters are being installed around the county, but Cllr Pringle says that doesn’t matter……..
