A Midlands Northwest MEP is accusing the Department of Environment of using intimidating tactics against LEADER groups.
Marian Harkin is alleging the Department wants to discourage the LEADER groups from applying for funding.
And she says this is so that the Local Community Development Committees , which were established by the Government, can have what’s she’s calling ‘a free run’ in the submission process………
