Times monthly award for Ann Marie Mc Glynn

Ann Marie Mc Glynn was this week named as The Irish Times sports woman of the month for December.
The Letterkenny AC athlete captained the Ireland senior women’s team to bronze at the European Cross Country Championships in Bulgaria last month.
McGlynn’s 46th place was just enough for third place and only a third ever team medal for Ireland.
It was a brilliant performance by Ann Marie who had returned to running after a six year break.
