91 jobs at Donegal Meats in Carrigans are to be saved.
The boning hall was due to close at the end of April, with the company transferring its operations to one of its plants in Derry or Tyrone.
SIPTU made a proposal to the company which they accepted, which saved the 91 jobs.
Donegal representative for SIPTU, Martin O Rourke says its great news.
