Pat Doherty and Mark Durkan retain Westminster seats

In Foyle the SDLP’s Mark Durkan has held his seat with 16,922 votes. Sinn Fein’s Martina Anderson was second.
Meanwhile Police say that a device left outside the Derry election count centre was a pipe bomb.
Counting in Foyle and East Derry was suspended for an hour and a half after a car was abandoned at Templemore Sports Complex.
In East Derry the DUP’s Gregory Campbell has been re-elected with almost double the votes of his nearest rival.
For West Tyrone Sinn Fein’s Pat Doherty has been re-elected as MP, the DUP’s Tom Buchanan was second ten and a half thousand votes behind while Ross Hussey of Ulster Conservative and Unionists – New Force was third.
Meanwhile another recount will be required in Fermanagh/South Tyrone after two recounts in which Michelle Gildernew and Rodney Connor were neck and neck.
