SIPTU want huge turnout for Lifford Hospital protest

SIPTU is calling for a huge turnout at the planned march and rally in support of the retention of Lifford Community Hospital.
The event will be held in Lifford on Sunday 23rd May at 3.00 p.m.
The union’s Donegal Secretary Martin O’Rourke says before the ongoing HSE review reaches a decision, the people of Donegal must send a clear message.
Mr O’Rourke fears the decimation of the hospital system experienced in the late 1980s may be about to be repeated.
