Donegal Fine Gael Deputy Joe McHugh is to challenge to Taoiseach directly on a government decision not to compensate banned from fishing in Lough Foyle.
Early this month the Loughs Agency banned salmon fishing on Lough Foyle in 2010 for conservation purposes
Deputy McHugh says the decision not to compensate the 28 fishermen for loss of earnings is deeply unfair.
