Senator Doherty: Dole figures do not tell the full story

Sinn Fein activists are holding a day of protest across the country today as local unemployment figures are published.
Protests and pickets will take place at TD’s and Ministers offices and  town centres.
Sinn Fein says the protests are intended to increase the pressure on the government to take action to create jobs.
Senator Pearse Doherty says that yesterdays Live Register figures don’t paint an accurate picture of the true extent of unemployment in this country.
