Sinn Fein seek firm commitment on Altnagelvin Radiotherapy unut

Sinn Féin is urging Health Minister Dr James Reilly to make the provision of radiotherapy at Altnagelvin one of his first priorities in office.
Assembly member Martina Anderson and Deputy Pádraig MacLochlainn have written to the Minister asking him to guarantee the funding for the cross border radiotherapy unit.
Meanwhile, the Director of the National Cancer Control Programme Dr Susan O’Reilly, spent much of yesterday in Letterkenny General Hospital.
Speaking to reporters, she said the commitment to the Altnagelvin plan remains firm on this side of the border, but it’s now a question for Stormont
