Young Fine Gael are preparing for a recruitment drive across Donegal in a bid to build on the party’s recent electoral success.
The group has over 4,000 members across the country, and after holdiong two constituency AGMs in Donegal, Young Fine Gael officials are now trying to boost the branch network in the North-West.
Donegal representative on the the youth wing’s National Executive is Graham Dullaghan. He says there’s been a noticeable increase in those applying to join the party since they entered Government, and the intention locally is to tap into that enthusiasm:
