Letterkenny Town Council to take 5 businesses to court for non-payment of rates

Letterkenny Town Council is to bring legal proceedings against five local businesses for the non payment of commercial rates.
Councillors will be asked to formally sign off on the move when the authority meets on Monday.
The proceedings will be taken  by the council’s solicitors VP McMullin and Son.
The council will seek to recover rates and costs from the five unnamed business.
