Donegal to commemorate road traffic victims

This weekend marks ‘World Remembrance Day for Road Traffic Victims’, and the people of Donegal are being asked to remember those who have been killed on our roads.
A Mass will take place in St Connell’s Church in Glenties tomorrow at 11am.
Friends and family of people who have been killed in road collisions will read out the names of their lost loved ones at the Mass.
White roses will be given to the relatives of the victims whose names were read out and the names will also be included in the Mass booklet.
A Mass will also take place in St Patrick’s Church in Ballyshannon this evening at 7.30pm.
Families and victims of road traffic collisions will each bring a candle in memory of the person who was involved in collision.
