Inishowen Tragedy court case adjourned until February

The 23 year-old man charged with dangerous driving causing the death of eight people has appeared in Buncrana court again today.
23 year-old Shaun Kelly of Hillhead Road, Buncrana was arrested in November as part of the garda investigation in the Inishowen tragedy.
Mr Kelly was the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the two car crash which occurred on the Buncrana to Clonmany road on July 11th 2010.
Seven men, ranging in age from 19 to 23, were killed when the car they were in, driven by Mr Kelly, collided with a Toyota Corolla.
66 year old Hughie Friel of Urris, who was driving the Corolla was also killed in the crash.
This morning Shaun Kelly was remanded on continuing bail pending the service of a book of evidence – he is due back in court on February the 9th 2012.
