The “Can’t Pay, Won’t Pay” campaign in Donegal is claiming today that last night’s announcement of reduced registration charges for septic tanks is an indication of government panic.
Francis Mc Cafferty of the “Can’t Pay, Won’t Pay” campaign says the reduced charge is an attempt to ensure that people register.
