Sanctions demanded by KFO chief as Iceland talks break down again

Mackerel fishermen in the EU and Norway are demanding full quota after talks with Iceland and the Faroe Islands broke down again.
The EU and Norway have been attempting to address what they claim is an unacceptable increase in mackerel fishing by Iceland and the Faroes, and after discussions broke down again this morning, fishermen say enough is enough.
KFO Chief Executive Sean O’Donaghue says the time for talking is over, and it’s time toconsider sanctions………..
