Donegal North East Deputy Joe Mc Hugh has told the Dail that the HSE has become a monster which must be tamed, and it will take the government some time to do that.
Speaking on a Fianna Fail motion in the Dail last night, Deputy Mc Hugh said the structures as they now stand mean that power is taken out of local areas, and decisions are taken by people who are not accountable to the people affected.
He says it’s now been proven that the old Health Board model was better…..
