Government shows ‘lack of commitment’ on radiotherapy centre running costs

A Foyle MLA has said he is concerned at a lack of an Irish Government commitment to help fund the running costs of the new radiotherapy centre at Altnagelvin.
Foyle MLA Mark H Durkan has welcomed the Taoiseach Enda Kenny’s restated commitment to the help fund the construction of the new which will provide treatment to patients on both sides of the border.
Mr Durkan recently attended a meeting with the Health Committee in Leinster House.
