Thomas Pringle calls for civil disobedience on household tax

Nine TDs are reiterating their call on people to take part in what they’re calling an act of mass peaceful civil disobedience.
The group is calling for a boycott of the household charge – which is due to be paid by the end of the month.
Up to 90 per cent of households have yet to register to pay.
