Five Donegal athletes are this week in Spain with the Ireland team for the World Junior Championships.
Mark English of Letterkenny and Karl Griffen of Tir Conaill will compete in the 800ms, Ruairi Finnegan also from Letterkenny will tackle the 1500m, Finn Valley’s Sara Collins will go in the 3000ms and her clubmate Dempsey McGuigan is throwing in the hammer.
The action in Barcelona starts on Tuesday.
