Arrest after two men were struck by a car in Portnoo

A man’s been arrested and charged after two men were hit by a car in Portnoo in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The incident happened at 3am, when the car mounted a ditch, hitting the two men.
Both men were brought to hospital with minor injuries, one was discharged yesterday morning, the other earlier today.
