Fianna Fáil is calling for the reinstatement of a full time Citizen’s Advice Service in Buncrana.
The service has recently been reduced from a five day week full time service to a one/two day a week service causing significant difficulties for people in the area needing advice on their payments and entitlements.
Deputy Charlie McConalogue says this is a crucial service for people generally, even more so now with a record number of people out of work and needing assistance from the state.
