Spanish tourist taken to hospital after being attacked and bitten by dog

In what the Irish Coastguard is describing as an unusual incident – a Spanish tourist knocked on Malin Head Coastgaurd Coordination swilly lifeboatCentre’s door having been attacked and bitten by a dog.
It is understood the injured person was badly bitten.
First aid was given as an ambulance travelled to the scene to remove the person to hospital.
Also at the weekend, The Greencastle and the Lough Swilly lifeboats were launched to successfully rescue a person stranded on rocks.
