The 23 year old Limavady man arrested in connection with the murder of Jim Mc Connell in Derry four and a half years ago has been released on police bail.
Mr McConnell, who had drug dealing convictions, was shot by two masked men in his home in Woodland Avenue in the Prehen area of the city in February 2009.
Two other men, who were in the house at the time, were unhurt.
The 23-year-old was arrested on yesterday morning and released this afternoon.
