NW Shopfitting company claims up to 100 jobs could go if Tesco contracts are lost

A shopfitting company with basesrockservices in Muff and Derry says up to 100 jobs are under threat because of the potential loss of a Tesco contract.
Martin Mc Cafferty, Managing Director of Rock Shopfitting Services claims Tesco is withdrawing contracts from them on both sides of the border in favour of a multi-national company.
However, Mr Mc Cafferty is questioning a claim that the multi-national company is cheaper, and claims this is part of a wider Tesco strategy to cut down on its administration costs by employing fewer outside contractors.
He believes local firms will lose out as a result, and is urging Tesco to reconsider………..
